Dashamahavidyas: ten Hindu Tantric goddesses who represent different forms, aspects, and cosmic frequencies of Adi Parashakti, the Supreme Divine Mother.
Chinnamasta embodies the profound paradox of creation through sacrifice and transcendence through surrender. Her iconic form symbolises the severing of the ego, revealing the uninterrupted flow of life force that nourishes all existence. Within the Tantric tradition, she represents the awakening of consciousness beyond attachment, where destruction becomes renewal and self-offering leads to the realisation of the indivisible unity of life, death, and the divine.
