Shipping policy
We typically use reliable, reputed international courier companies with extensive delivery networks to ensure speedy, economical, safe and secure deliveries.
Delivery time worldwide may typically vary from 10-15 business days from the time that we receive your order. We shall keep you updated of the dispatch details via email / whatsapp/ SMS, and once we provide you the tracking details, you will typically be able to track the shipment online.
Certain circumstances may delay delivery time:
- - Delays in courier services during public holidays / festive season in India or your country
- - For art prints, some of which are made on order, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery
- - Delays in custom clearance in India or your country
- - Inaccurate delivery addresses or your unavailability to receive the order
- - Delays caused by pending payment authorisations
- - Delays caused by the current restrictions and limitation of services due to the COVID-19 Pandemic
These factors, which are outside our control, may delay delivery and we request you to be patient if such circumstances present themselves.
Shipping charges are calculated on the basis of weight or volume, as the case may be pertaining to your order. The product weight and shipping charges visible to you at the time of check out, include the estimated weight / volume of the total consignment, including the estimated weight of the packing / crating, frame and display mechanisms/ accessories that come with the artwork (as may be applicable). In addition to the freight cost, the shipping charges reflected include packaging, handling, additional surcharges, as applicable, logistics & administrative costs.
Kindly note that the shipping charges reflected on the website, are typically for unframed works (unless otherwise mentioned); even if the picture of the artwork may be with a frame.
Shipping charges reflected on the website constitute an estimate, and additional shipping charges may apply in certain cases. This is because we have tried to keep the shipping charges to the minimum, but in certain cases, the actual shipping cost may be more, in case an artwork demands special /extra packaging, which we sometimes may not have foreseen. If this is the case, we will inform you and request for an additional remittance to cover the same.
Conversely, we may also refund you shipping charges, at our discretion, if upon sending your order, we find that the actual shipping charges are significantly lower from the amount we have charged you for the same. For example, in case you are ordering multiple items, and if the products can be clubbed with each other in a package, the consolidated shipping for your total order may come down. You can either request for a special shipping quote for the same, or place your order as per the automatic calculated rates, and we will refund the excess shipping, if applicable.
There may be certain cases, for example, in low-value products; that the shipping exceeds the product price. This is because the base rates for shipping are such that they cannot be reduced even for smaller / low-value products. However, in case you are ordering a substantial number of such products, please request for a special costing / alternate shipping methods.
In addition, in case of bulky artworks like sculptures, objects, and installations; you may find the shipping to be substantial because of the volumetric calculation of weight. Please request for a special costing / alternate shipping methods and we are happy to check if the shipping can be reduced for such product on a case to case basis.
International shipping charges do not include applicable import duties / taxes. These are to be paid by you in the destination country, upon delivery. Please consult your local authorities before placing your order. Kindly note that we will not entertain a request for refunds / cancellations in the event that you fail to comply with payment of such duties and taxes.
In the event that you have accidentally provided us an incorrect or incomplete delivery address for your order, which may hamper the delivery of the same, we will contact you for the correct / complete address. In such cases, a small extra surcharge will be applicable, which typically most courier companies charge in cases of address corrections. Additional surcharges may also be applicable in case you appoint your own representative / broker to clear the shipment at customs, and if your delivery address happens to be in an Out-of-Delivery-Area.

Artworks will be adequately and carefully packed by our team to ensure safety and minimise the possibilities of damage during transit. Framed artworks are boxed or crated flat, while unframed artworks may normally be sent in a roll, or flat (depending on the size and their condition). In case of sculptures or fragile artworks, these may be packed professionally by reputed art handlers. In case your order contains a mix of different types of artworks, which require different packing conditions, then we may ship these as separate packages, which may or may not be delivered to you together.
Note: Payments made on the Site are completely secure (Paypal or Credit Card). Our credit card payments are processed via PayU, a reputed payment gateway firm, verified and allied with Shopify.
