Shree Dakshina Kali is the primary depiction of time, void and death. She is seated on Mahakaal, the one who transcends time. Her fierce form has the complexion of pitch dark monsoon clouds. She resides in the cremation ground where the human consciousness lets go of the veil of the physical form. She helps the devotee transcend their ego and detach from worldly attributes; and is also associated with knowledge.

Abhijeet Roy is a self taught artist with Bengali roots and a sharp inclination towards Shakta traditions and Tantra, that are the major inspirations depicted in a contemporary art style in his work. He has been making art since childhood, working with watercolour as the primary medium. His artworks are personal artistic expressions of the Tantra, Sri Vidya and Shakta theology traditions.
