A special vegetarian Sattvik feast, featuring home style local and regional Rajasthani specials, along with an eclectic mix of pan Indian flavours at the Red Earth Studio in C Scheme, Jaipur; where guests can also spend some time browsing and learning about Indian art and textile traditions.
This special home cooked meal (may be supplemented by some items from specialist outlets to induce a local city flavour) using organic ingredients wherever possible, presents an intimate view of Rajasthani cuisine, radically different from the standard Rajasthani platters and dishes presented at most restaurants. The menu has been selected in a way that guests can explore the unique taste of locally grown vegetables, and get a window into a home style experience of dining in the Pink City.
